Founder Profile - Binal Gandhi
Binal Gandhi is the author of Piggy Bank to Portfolio – How to Raise Financially Smart Kids. She is also the CEO of The Learning Curve Academy and the founder of the gamified financial education program, Finance GYM (Grow Your Money). Through this program, she has engaged with over 20,000 youth and conducted over 100,000 hours of teaching at various corporates, colleges and schools across India. Finance GYM has been covered in publications like Economic Times, DNA, The Hindu and Business India and Binal has appeared on CNBC and ET NOW. Prior to founding The Learning Curve Academy she worked for close to 20 years, in the areas of Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions, at companies like GE Capital and Wells Fargo. As Senior Vice President in charge of Mergers and Acquisitions at Wells Fargo, Binal led teams that resulted in acquisitions worth about $1 billion. Binal has taught courses in Corporate Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions at NMIMS and is currently visiting faculty at SP Jain, where she teaches a course in Wealth Management.
